Responsibilities and Duties
End To End Recruitment
Analyzing & Understanding the Client requirements
Screening the CVs of the candidates from various sources like Job Portals (Naukri,
LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Scheduling the interviews by coordinating with candidates and the concerned HOD.
Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
