Preparing Job Description in coordination with stakeholders, taking approvals on openings received, job postings on sourcing portals
Providing a good candidate experience
Closing offers with salary documents verification to salary negotiation to offer roll out
Managing candidate funnel and hiring data, presenting hiring reports and dashboards with the team and stakeholders on regular basis
Qualifications
Graduate in any field, MBA in HR is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, bulk-hiring experience is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English
Should be good working on MS Excel and Word to handle reports and dashboards
Should have a learning mindset
Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability of hiring deliverables
We are working from home at present but should be flexible with work form office (Andheri East) when we resume
