We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in recruiting for engineering positions.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various engineering positions within the organization.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Job Posting and Advertisement:Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
Utilize various platforms and channels for effective job promotion.
Candidate Evaluation:Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and engineering teams.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics.
Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on engineering positions.
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Engineering background
Strong understanding of engineering roles, skills, and industry requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
