JOB DETAILS
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
· Experience Handling Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits and Payroll is a must
· Willing to work on a shift schedule
· Work at home
· Willing to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
· Administers various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook.
·Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary; performs benefits administration.
·Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
·Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
·Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
·Creates and deploys employee recognition strategies, including reviewing and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs.
·Serves as a strategic communication partner supporting leadership and functional teams by writing, editing, coordinating, planning, providing counsel, and executing employee communications and events.
Participates in administrative staff meetings.
·Maintains compliance with Philippine Labor Laws concerning employment.
·Coordinates and facilitates focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies. Ensures a continuous perspective on the employee experience, as informed through multiple data points including quantitative and qualitative data.
