As a Fresher Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various entry-level positions within the company. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to kickstart their career in HR. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and university partnerships to identify potential candidates. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities. Create and manage job postings on our company's careers page and external job boards. Screening and Evaluation:Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, motivation, and interest in the role. Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and team leads. Candidate Experience:Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide feedback when necessary. Address candidate questions and concerns promptly.
