Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities: * * Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
Sourcing and Attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conducting Interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
Developing and updating job description and job specification.
Screening candidates resume and job applications.
Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.

Joining & Leaving Formalities.
MIS Detail record (Joining, Leaving, Salary Detail level wise).
