JOB DETAILS
1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job portals, social sites etc
3. Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media etc by
understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client
4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to
filter candidates within schedule
6. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the
selection process
9. Promote companys reputation as best place to work

3. Must be very fluent in English (verbal and written)
4. Should be proficient in MS Office Suite
