Benefits Pulled from the full job description Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund   Full job description Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the full hiring cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating for interviews. Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc. Effectively using (, , and Built up Database, Internet (Portals) and Employee referrals for prospecting. Pre-offer follow up - Checking candidate availability, Scheduling interviews for the Short-listed Candidates, getting feedback from candidates after the interview. Post-offer follow up - Regular follow-up with the offered candidates, gauge candidate's interest and motivate till joining. Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: 10+Diploma or Any Graduate / Post Graduate. Proven Minimum 6months experience Permanent IT or NON IT staffing preferred as an HR Recruiter, HR consultant. Familiar with sourcing techniques.
