We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening processCompleting timely reports on employment
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Excellent communication skills knowledge about healthcare recruitment Good persuasive skills 3)
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end recruitment Personal Traits: Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
Source, Screen and Evaluate potential candidates Selection and Offer Management Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact for candidate during the selection process, Post Offer Engagement etc.
Someone who can work independently and is confident about their decision making ability.
Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task.

SAP Recruitment experience would be an added advantage
