Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles / regions Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook,Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, Print ads etc Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage. candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates Work closely with interview teams to create and exceptional candidate interview process and experience Also responsible for handling HR operations (Joining formalities, BGV, onboarding, induction) Requirements: 1+ Years of experience in handling end to end recruitment Negotiation and stakeholder management Hindi & Marathi speaking is must Flexible in work timings Job Type: Full-time
