Main Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR department. 2. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and online portals. 3. Screening the candidates and shortlisting them over phone or personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates 4. Issuing Letter of Offer/Appointment other letters as per company to the selected candidate 5. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination/ Resignation 6. Drafting and updating documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal and other HR related documents. 7. Working on HRIMS Portal
