Roles and Responsibilities
a) Sourcing of CV's of suitable candidates through Job Portals, Social Media Sites, References etc as per manpower requirements of Mody University from time to time.
b) Screening of the CV's sourced to match the best as per the JD and then sending them to hiring manager for shortlisting.
c) Co-ordinating with the hiring manager for shortlisting of the CV's shared with them after sourcing and screening.
d) Organizing the Interviews of shortlisted candidates
e) Follow Up with the HR Person at Mody University ( Rajasthan ) for issuing of Offer Letter to the selected candidate
f) Keep Track of the Selected Candidate till he or she joins Mody University
g) Maintain Record of Position's Closed Month wise.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has got 2 to 5 years of work experience as a Recruiter in any Education Sector.
