Search, identify, prospect and shortlist candidates for vacancies
Tracking all applicants through an excel sheet
Manage email and phone communications with applicants through the recruitment process
Undertaken telephonic interview
Schedule interview rounds with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate with colleges and technical institutions for internship placements
Manage HR activities in office
Employee documentation including On-boarding documentation, Exit documentation, Employer communications, Appraisal and promotion communications.
Managing employee records and documents
Maintain Employee Attendance, Leave and absence tracking, time tracking, late attendance and leave calendar
Planning and implementing employee engagement activities
Other HR related Activities that the organization needs from time to time
Accounting Activities
Preparing and sending Estimates, Pro-forma Invoices and GST Invoices
Following up with clients through calls and emails for payments collection
Tracking payments schedules through a spreadsheet
Maintaining accounting documents and receipts of all expenses
Manage petty cash and maintain petty cash registers
Monthly accounting and compliance activities by co-ordinating with accountants and auditors
GST filing, payments, Returns
Professional Tax filing
Other compliance related activities
Co-ordinating with accountants for all their needs including physically deposit or collect documents as and when required
Vendor management including (Documentation, Purchase Order, Billing collection and payments)
Client Activities
Setting up meetings with clients or prospective clients
Follow up with clients or prospective clients
Vendor Documentation and Registration
Client Feedback collection and maintenance
Office Facility Management Activities
Opening and closing office facilities
Managing and handling office supplies, stationery, purchases requirements
Attending walk-in visitors and board line queries
Office administration and maintenance (Call office maintenance and coordinate for repairs and any other requirement)
Managing and co-ordinating with all service providers
Supervision of office pantry and cleaning staff
Booking meeting rooms, hotel rooms, conveyance, and travel tickets
Coordinate with logistic company for collection of couriers
Coordinate with internet providers during an outage
Interacting with Clients/Partners/Vendors for various requirements.
