Source, Validate and submit profiles for C2H and Permanent Roles for IT / Technical requirements.
Work and Coordinate with HR Manager to identify staffing needs on a daily basis.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms and professional networks)
Preliminary screening of applications based on the JD and role.
Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, etc.
Identifying and forecasting future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
Ensuring delivery of profiles with quality candidates within the set TAT
Be able to provide market intelligence for key skills
Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
Negotiate salary and offers for selecetd candidates.
