Responsibilities:
Appointed candidate will be responsible for Managing Talent Acquisition for IT and Non IT & facilitating employees across various functions.
Responsible for time bound recruitment, selection for respective Region/Zone.
Take an active role in the Planning, Selection, Attrition and Recruitment of staff
members within corporate guidelines and prioritize short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. i.e. through Job Portals, Walk-Ins, Existing Databank, Market Mapping, Employee Referral, consultant/vendor & head hunting.
Drive employee development initiatives, Managing grievances & Employee relation.
Focus on Employee Experience, Driving Employee engagement activity.
Take an active role for culture of Recognition building, Employee welfare, knowledge sharing and Open house.
Induction of New Joiners at Regional level.
Preparation of Weekly/Monthly MIS & Dashboard for management reviews.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 6 years of IT Recruitment from Banking/ NBFC.
Graduate/MBA from reputed institute.
Good communication skills.
Proven track record in Recruitment/ HRBP.
Well verse with HR software (ATS/HRMS/RMS)
