Job Description: Candidate should have the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.
He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
Candidate should have experience in IT profiles, and can understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.
Handling of administration and record-keeping. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Should do Initial screening of candidates, understand the requirement and find suitable candidates.
Fetch resumes from various portals like naukri.com, indeed.com and linkedin.com .
Skill Requirements:
MBA preferred.
A minimum of 1 year experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
