Systel Inc a US Staffing Company is looking for Internal Recruiter / HR Executive position with 2- 4 yrs of experience who can support us from our Hyderabad office.
Position -01
Required Skills - Preferred from US Staffing background
Internal Recruiter - Candidate must be having experience in recruitments, specially In house recruitments. He /She should have worked on IT requirements .
Candidate should be good in Communication & Negotiation skills.
Should be well versed with Naukri,Linkedin etc.
HR Activities - Candidate should be having experience in Joining formalities, Document Collection,Induction,Offer Letters, Employee Engagement, Employee Relation, Exit formalities etc.
Note : Shift Timings (6:30pm - 3:30am ) OR (4pm to 1am)
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Must be Graduate
Should have good communication skills
