Should have experience in Hiring Sales Recruiter, OPT Recruiter and US IT Recruiters
Should have 1-2 years of Recruitment experience in US staffing
Should have good oral and written communication skills
Should have hands-on experience in handling Recruitment
Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Linkedin
Strong in Searching Techniques /Job Postings etc.,
Should be strong in learning & understanding Domain-specific requirements
Strong willingness to build a career in the Recruitment area
Result-oriented and able to build a strong professional relationship
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Should have a good convincing and negotiable skill
Strong team player and pro-active
