Looking for a HR Recruiters with "Good communication skills - "Hindi & English" - Fluency Must
1) Need to be an expert in HR strategy making.
2) Need to understand JD'S and hire candidates as per company requirement and norms.
3) Should be expert in using job portals - Job posting /shortlisting candidate from vast pool
4) Calling candidate for F2F Round of interview - To take preliminary round of interview
4) Should coordinate and schedule final round of interviews with company director's, and negotiate salaries
5) Should be ready to travel other state's as per company hiring needs and official work if needed
6) Need to visit colleges / Institutes - and conduct Campus drives
7) Need to make Long term professional relations with colleges and get candidates for interviews
Note : 50 % office sitting work / other 50 % visiting colleges and institutes every day
Minimum Experience - 2 years of (Non - IT) Recruitment must
