Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring HIT Recruiters for our Hyderabad office located at Madhapur.
Responsibilities: Source Potential Candidates from Various Channels (e.g. Social media and Professional platforms like Indeed, Naukarietc)
To drop emails to passive candidates
Screen resumes & Screen candidates through telephonic for F2F Interview
Can do Job Postings on Job Portals, Social mediaetc
Should maintain Database Follow up with shortlisted candidates till they on-board Coordinate with IT team Leaders to forecast goals and hiring needs Excellent Communication Skills - both verbal and written
Experience: 6months to3yrs
Should be willing to work from office
