Job description:
Should be a B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR - 3 + years of experience in Technical/ IT HR recruiter.
Have good communication skills.
Should be responsible for the overall recruitment cycle.
Arranging and conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating with the candidates and client.
Prepare Job descriptions and posting on various job portals.
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
Excellent communication skills, quick learner with a professional attitude, and a team player
