Job Summary: As a IT Technical Recruiter, it will be your job to build our business by pursuing every opportunity to present our company as an amazing employer. You will be our connection to outstanding technical professionals. To ensure we have a strong pipeline, you will spend substantial time on the phone matching a candidate to our needs and requirements through sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, submitting, and placing candidates in suitable open positions as per the requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, shortlisting profiles, interview schedules, negotiate, offer, and extend offer) Keep our candidate pipeline full by recruiting, evaluating, matching, submitting, and scheduling the good IT profiles Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Promote our job opportunities in a way that stands out from the crowd, leveraging internet job ads and postings, emails, job fairs, trade shows, referral programs, and other recruiting tools to attract excellent candidates on a continual basis, staying within applicable terms and conditions of recruiting plan and budgets Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Collaborating with hiring manger(s) to understand open positions and recruiting needs Act as point of contact and build relationship with candidates during the selection process Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring manager(s) Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any equivalent degree, MBA (HR) is an added advantage At least 3 plus years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Information Technology is a plus Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to work independently and along with teams Attention to detail and organization skills Impeccable written English skills, and Oral communication skills along with outstanding interpersonal skills
