Exp range: 2 to 4 years
Engagement - Full-time
Were looking for a resourceful candidate who has prior work experience in all aspects of recruitment- IT & Non-IT. Prior experience in talent development and employee engagement will be a huge plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open positions within the organization.
Work on different job portals, social media sites and professional networking sites like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
Coordinating with staffing partners as and when required.
Co-ordinating drives and campus recruitment.
Playing an active role in employee engagement.
Joining formalities, preparation of employee letters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills in English.
Passionate about recruitment.
Good team player.
Ability to adapt and evolve in a dynamic environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good negotiation skills, listening skills and people skills.
Resourceful and able to operate within given budgets, guidelines and limitations.
Effective coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills, high integrity and great follow through on given tasks.
Self motivated, flexible, assertive.
Educational Qualification
Preferably a post graduate with an MBA/PGDHRM in Human Resources. A graduate with required work experience in human resources may be considered provided it's a strong candidate.
