Job description
We are hiring enthusiastic recruiters who will support our business functions by hiring volume/bulk roles in Non-IT Recruitment. The holder for this role will source and recruit appropriate job-seeker/applicant by using Job portals, Job databases, social media etc by understanding the requirement.
What you would be doing daily;
Key Responsibilities!
Screen, source and recruit appropriate job-seeker/applicant by using Job portals, Job databases, social media etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement of the business.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter applicants within schedule.
Experience in Lateral, Bulk, Volume, Mass Hiring.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job portals, social sites etc.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Zeal to learn & adapt the newest recruitment industry practices and challenges, perform duties with minimal direct supervision.
Maintain a positive relationship with the applicants to ensure the stability post-joining.
Enforce to the quality standards set and ensure there are no deviations.
Promote the company's reputation as the best place to work
Key Skills Requirements & Proficiency;
Having 2+ years of experience, non-it recruitment with proficiently using Excel and MS Office.
Proficiency in Spoken and Written English.
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA equivalent.
Preferable candidates having experience in B2C hiring
