Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding the Active requirement from various department.
- Sourcing profiles from the available databases like job portals, head hunting and through references.
- Short - listing the candidates/submittals matching the requirement.
- Initial screening of candidates and shortlisting for further rounds of interview.
- Follow - up with the candidates till their date of joining.
- Interacting with different department and give feedback on employee performance.
- Payroll management.
- Appraisal management.
- Grievance management.
- F&F management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication & written skills in English & HINDI IS MANDATORY.
- Goal oriented, career focused and willingness to accept the challenges.
- Should have an idea on modes of Hiring.
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience / interest
- Understanding of IT skills and profiles.
