Job Description: HR Recruiter Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter Consultant to join our team . As an HR Recruiter Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
Location – Sector 32 ,Gurugram
Salary – Depend on current ctc
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of candidates for client requirements.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance to both parties regarding interview preparation and expectations.
4. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' competencies, qualifications, and motivations to ensure alignment with client needs. Administer assessments or tests as necessary.
5. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies tailored to their requirements.
6. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Establish strong relationships with candidates to nurture long-term connections.
7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
8. Feedback and Follow-Up: Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Follow up with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.Role & responsibilities
