Job description Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/ or utilizing a multitude of resources. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates. Head hunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Initial screening of resumes based on technology, communication, attitude, stability and scheduling them accordingly for an interview. Educating candidates on the job profile, for what they will be interviewed. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants. Follow up with candidates till they join. Understanding on sourcing & market/ competition. Desired Skills: 1 - 2 years of professional experience (Fresher s are welcome). Must have knowledge of IT Terminologies. Good written and verbal communication skills. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure. Should be street smart and go getter. A cooperative, team- oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently.
