Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.)You will be aligned with the human resource vertical of the company and help the organization with sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees
2.)You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring the best candidates for a job opening in a timely and cost effective manner
3.)Sourcing would include searching for candidates over databases, internet recruitment sources, networking, recruitment firms, and Placement cell of Management Institutes etc
4.)Other responsibilities include understanding the job role, preparing Job Description for the role, attracting best talent for the role, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
5.)You will be responsible for great candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process
6.)You will maintain record of candidates in our staffing systems and also maintain active pool of candidates to meet future hiring requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
1.)Proven work experience as a Recruiter
2.)At-least should have 1 year of Work Experience (ideally as a Recruiter)
3.)Excellent Networking, communication and interpersonal skills
4.)Experience in hiring strategies to engage and attract best talent with an ability to understand, explain and write job descriptions for various roles
