As Recruiter you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process :
Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Arranging interviews and follow up.
Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Profile :
Looking for female candidates only .
Someone with at least 3 - 6 months of experience in recruitment with good educational track record
Salary : Attractive Incentives in addition to fixed salary
Location : Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi
