In depth knowledge of Sourcing and data management.
Responsible for the complete recruitment process from initial interviewing to final placement.
Share reports with Reporting Manager & HR.
Responsible for working on assigned requirements till the joining in the given TAT.
Responsible for Sourcing, Resume Screening, Target Head hunting, Interview Scheduling, taking HR Interview and documentations.
Work on various portals to get the resumes and keep the jobs updated on career sites and the company web page.
Additional HR responsibilities as per business needs.
