Design and update job descriptions
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Extensive coordination between - employees, managers, vendors
Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Preparing Letter such as Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have good negotiation and convincing skills
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
