Responsibilities
1) Design and update job descriptions
2) Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
3) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4)Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5)Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6)Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
7)Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8)Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
9)Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
10)Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
11)Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
Requirements
1) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
2) Experience with sourcing techniques
3) Understanding of referral programs
4)Solid verbal and written communication skills
5) Sound judgement
6) Preferred Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
7) Bachelor/Master's with Any Stream
