JOB DETAILS
You will mainly handle recruitment (both onsite and remote).
You would need to design creative job descriptions which are appealing to potential job seekers.
You will need to develop recruitment channels like Campus, Training institutes, Social media, etc. to market the vacancy and ensure hiring within defined timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 0.6 Months of hands-on experience in recruitment OR MBA Fresher.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Critical thinking and street smart approach to problem-solving
Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects
Calm demeanor with an infectious enthusiasm
Experience in recruiting positions above 10 Lakhs CTC would be an added advantage
Should have hands-on experience with ATS (Application Tracking System) and HRMS.
Experience in recruiting for different industries and positions would be an added advantage
