JOB DETAILS              
Roles and Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, Screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on boarding; Source Profiles using career website and social media Be a Value Talent Partner to the clients, maintain client relationship; Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis You should constantly work on improvement of the hiring process; Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners; Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods. Required Candidate Profile: Any Graduates can apply. MBA/MSW specializing in HR is an added advantage. Internship experience in HR field is an added advantage. Experience:0- 1-year (2020-2023 Pass Outs only Preferred) Fresher can also apply Able to work critical and emerging skills, should have very strong sourcing skills. Should have basic recruitment life cycle experience, need to support end to end hiring activities, planning, sourcing, interview schedules, offer negotiation, on boarding. Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
