Roles and Responsibilities
Well versed with recruitment life cycle RLC. Worked for IT & NON IT positions (more into IT)
Experience in Client interaction is preferable ( JD explanation , candidates update , feedback details , positions details ) & maintaining a good relationship in terms for recruitment.
Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining.
Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client requirement , attending meeting & calls for understanding the JD.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
Maintaining candidate databases MIS
Passionate about recruitment
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years experience.
Immediate joiner
Should have end to end Recruitment experience
Hands on experience using job boards (Naukri, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Google etc)
Excellent communication skills
Exposure to either contract or permanent staffing is must
Should be a good team player
