Sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, internal referrals, social media posts, etc. No consultants.
Screening the candidates as per the requirements for various departments.
Create data base for our future requirements.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Desired Candidate Profile :
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Experience with sourcing techniques
Minimum 0.6 months to 1-year experience in recruitment, should have prior experience in Digital hiring.
