1. Responsible for planning and executing full lifecycle recruiting activities that result in hiring the right talent across mid and senior level positions.
2.Source resumes through Employee Referrals and Social Networks like LinkedIn, Facebook,Advertisements,Job Boards.
3. Maintaining a database of candidates for future reference through Internet sourcing & referrals.
4. Working on multiple IT skills.
5. Should be able to handle end to end recruitment
