Roles and Responsibilities
Identify hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on the needs
Source candidates using different search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and conducting initial interviews
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Arrange interviews by coordinating with the Hiring Managers
Perform reference checks for the selected candidates
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Perform company mapping by targeting company competitors
Manage and utilize companys internal database effectively
Providing recruitment reports as and when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Good presentation skills
Candidate must be interested in working remotely from India (Work from Home Option)
