Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
Should have experience in hiring the best talent using various sourcing channels.
Must be passionate about placing the right people in the right job, a hands-on recruitment experience in consulting roles.
Must be an excellent communicator with brilliant candidate management skills, ownership, accountability, and an attitude to be the best.
Should have mostly worked in the domestic Indian market.
Should have a good understanding of technology.
Should have done mostly application developer hiring and niche technical hiring.
