JOB DETAILS
Recruitments - Utilizing the various sourcing method like portals (i.e.Naukri etc)
- Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc.
- Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of Departments.
- Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
- Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
- Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and positions.
- Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good co-ordination with the department arranging end to end recruitment.
- Performing detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with clients.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent in sourcing skills, able to understand the requirements quickly and deliver the results
2. Should be well versed in handling and dealing with stake holders
3. Should have hands-on experience in data analysis & should be proficient in MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Should have prior experience of FMCG organizations (Mandatory) Roles and Responsibilities
