Handling end to end internship programme- INTERN SPOC
1. Updating offer on Intern Management System (IMS)
2. Arranging documentation for candidates
3. Releasing internship offers for candidates
4. Onboarding, induction and orientation for interns
5. Leave and stipend processing of interns
6. Managing exit of interns
7. Sharing monthly intern dashboard
8. Managing VIP referral for interns
9. Co-ordinate with TA and line function for arranging interviews (TCs, F2F/ MS Teams)
10. Blocking calendar for interview panel members and sending appropriate communication to candidates for interviews.
11. Coordinating to ensure availability of meeting rooms, lunch coupons, IT/ Support teams/ vendors for interviews
Talent Acquisition- Recruiter Role
1. End to end recruitment for enabling functions like Human resource, Information Technology, Business Relation Management, Corporate Communication, Finance, and Corporate Strategy.
2. Sourcing (Naukri/Linkedin), screening, identifying suitable candidate, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation.
3. Vendor Empanelment, Employee referral Scheme (ERS).

2. Candidate should be able to multi task & manage various stakeholders across functions.
