Job Description:
1. Strategize with Hiring managers with respect to their business and hiring needs
2. Source relevant profiles, screen for eligibility and interview candidates
3. Optimize the sourcing mix to be used to fulfil the hiring demand
4. Adopt innovative methods to fulfil niche hiring requirements
5. Manage large scale recruitment events effectively to ensure smooth process and excellent candidate experience
6. Prepare regular reports to stake holders with recruitment updates
7. Ensure smooth offer to join process for hired candidates
EDUCATION AND EXPERINCE
Graduate
3+ Years in similar Industry such as Large BPO/ KPO/ Telecom / DMS domain & Managing of large setup
Must have experience of recruitment process
