Job Advertisement and Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Create compelling job advertisements and post them on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Proactively source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and other recruitment methods. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct assessments, tests, and interviews as required for the selection process. Interview Coordination and Selection: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices. Facilitate feedback sessions and collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate and select the most suitable candidates. Candidate Relationship Management: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions they may have. Documentation and Onboarding: Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate the completion of pre-employment checks, such as background checks and reference checks. Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data and generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for enhancing the recruitment process. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
