24-7 Intouch, one of the worlds leading outsourcing companies, is seeking a Recruiter to
find the best candidates for our partners. This position also plays an instrumental role in
providing the best experience for new hires by helping with the on-boarding process and
making sure orientation runs smoothly.
As a Recruiter, You Will
Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries • Process and track applicant job
submissions
Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
Participate in job fairs & hiring events
Build relationships with internal employees
Ensure orientation and the on-boarding process runs smoothly
Requirements As a Recruiter, You Have
High School Diploma or GED (required)
0.6 - 3 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or
related industry
Freshers with Excellent Communication can Apply.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Ability to handle a high volume of work
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
