Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Direct Clients in USA
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Must have experience with Vendor Management systems (VMS) like Field glass and WAND
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
Manage the full-cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, and building an internal database.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
