We are looking for an HR Recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage End to End Recruitment Lifecycle (Job description analysis, Search & Sourcing , MIS maintenance , Interviewing ,On boarding etc )
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
Post technical job descriptions.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to the processes of the company.
Manage tasks within the assigned time & budget keeping the client informed of the progress.
Source candidates for Junior to senior level candidates
Search candidates from different job portals
Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Scheduling and interviewing candidates with the hiring manager.
Need to take Telephonic and personal interview.
Documentation of the candidates once they are shortlisted.
In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding
Need to prepare offer letter.
Need to maintain MIS report.
Work with organization to develop a recruitment plan.
Promote companys reputation as a great place to work.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years Experience in IT Hiring.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Should be a good team player.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Word (Excel,Ms word, Outlook, Power point etc)
Should know working on job portals.
