Responsibility:
1. Actively engaged in the recruitment process.
2. Ability to understand the JD and source relevant profiles, evaluate profiles, screening and scrutinize applications received.
3. Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1.1-2 years of experience.
2. Good in English Communication. Its mandatory to have.
3. Ability to handle daily calls.
4. Ability to work on Microsoft Document, Microsoft Excel etc.
5. Able to handle different Social media accounts for recruitment.
