JOB DETAILS
1)Experience in end to end recruitment.
2)Understanding and analyzing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
3)Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies.
4)Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.
5)Financial based sourcing knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage.
6)Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
7)Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
8)Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
9)Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for BFSI Role.
10)Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
11)Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with client HR
12)Ensuring proper co-ordination between Clients and Candidates.
13)Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
