Works with the (Accelerate Foundation) to advise clients on creating profitable process and ensures proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level.
Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
Maintains marketing staff by training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
Conduct training sessions/ presentations on new initiatives, policies, and process as and when needed.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, evaluating outcomes.
Resolves client problems, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, answering questions.
Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments, participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
Maintains coordination with Assigned Team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
