Job Title: Recruiter - Human Resources Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 1 year into BPO Recruitment (Vendor management) Shift: 1 PM - 10 PM IST Responsibilities: Responsible for Bulk hiring Sourcing candidates through different sources Vendor Management Screening candidates and take them through the entire recruiting process. End to End recruitment Salary negotiation and offer closures Designing and implementing effective recruitment and staffing strategies - Ensuring utilization of all channels of recruitment (Channel Partners, Job Portals, Employee Referral & Social Media) to ensure timely closure with finesse. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job. Required Candidate profile Graduation Mandatory. Need Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills. Should have relevant BPO BULK hiring experience. Shifts would be from 1PM - 10PM IST however applicant should be flexible incase if business exigencies. 5 days working (currently WFH) but flexible to work from Office if an when needed Immediate joiners preferred.
